Cancelation Policy

Cancelation Policy- Reservations cancelled within 48 hours of the date of service are non-refundable. If a reservation is cancelled more than 48 hours prior to the date of service there is a $5 per person handling fee. The second portion of a roundtrip reservation is non-refundable once the first portion has been used. Travel insurance is recommended to cover your entire winter vacation as weather is often unpredictable and shuttles are NOT refundable due to weather.

ARRIVAL- Upon arrival, please make contact with an Alltrans, Inc. driver at the first baggage claim carousel. In the event that an Alltrans representative is not standing at baggage claim, please proceed outside the airport and a representative will be on the right hand side of the walkway. DEPARTURE-You MUST call 307-733-3135 48 hours prior to your return trip to the Airport. Upon calling, you will be given a pickup time for your return. You must present the return trip portion of your ticket that will be issued to you on your arrival for your return to the airport. If you lose this ticket, you will be required to purchase a one-way fare. Please be in the lobby of your hotel or on the curb of your condominium at least 5 minutes prior to your departure time. As travel and weather are often unpredictable, Alltrans recommends Travelsafe Insurance to cover your entire vacation. Travel Insurance is much more affordable than you might think.
