- Day 1 Hermit Rest to Hermit Camp

- Day 3 Boucher Creek to Yuma Point
- Day 4 Yuma Point to Hermit Rest; drive to Phoenix
- Day 5 Fly back to Chicago
Bright Angle-South Kaibab loop (

- Day 0 Fly into Phoenix, AZ; drive to Grand Canyon; camp on South Rim
- Day 1 Park at South Kaibob Trailhead, take bus to Bright Angle Trailhead; hike to Indian Garden
- Day 2 Indian Garden to Bright Angle Camp;
- Day 3 2nd night at Bright Angle Camp; day hike up North Kaibab Trail
- Day 4 Bright Angle Camp to South Kaibab trailhead; drive to Phoenix
