Hiking ideas
Thursday: Get to Little Beaver before it's dark; set up camp
Friday: Hike to Spray Falls (6-7 miles). Visit Miners Rock if time.
Saturday: Hike the Chapel-Mosquito loop (9-10 miles). Change camp to Hurricane in the afternoon.
Sunday: Hike to Log Slide and back (6-7 miles). Pack up and leave. Food ideas
Thursday: lunch: pre-made Sandwich for the road; buns dinner: hot dogs, sausages, pre-made salad
Friday: breakfast: some sort of egg scramble lunch: sandwiches with mozzarella, avocado and tomatos dinner: Korean instant noodles w/ tofu
Saturday: breakfast: cereal w/ milk or soymilk; oatmeal lunch: bread with summer sausage dinner: couscous
Sunday: breakfast: cereal w/ milk or soymilk; oatmeal lunch: beef/tofu jerky with raw cucumber dinner: Victory Dinner in Chinatown!
Side food to bring: trail mix, sports bars, gatorade powder, coffee powder, tea bags, milk powder, packets of salt and pepper, small jar of olive oil.
